Chetan Bhuta, Founder - President and CEO
Chetan Bhuta is the founder and CEO of Digitek Software, Inc. and has over 18 years of Software Development and Management expertise. Mr. Bhuta is the driving force of Digitek’s strategic direction and marketing focus and a much respected authority in the global Information Technology sector. He takes a very hands-on role with every aspect of the business and successfully integrates his managerial, business, technical, people and motivational skills to lead the company.
Mr. Bhuta has worked extensively in the fields of management and technology consulting in wholesale and international banking, global capital markets and treasury and funds management – for global companies such as IBM, Unisys, Banc One, Hambros Bank and Swiss Bank. He is a noted authority in the fields of software consulting services, software product development, out-sourcing services, system integration and off-shore development.
Mr. Bhuta holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Bombay University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
Theodore Agranat, Vice President – Marketing
Theodore Agranat is the Vice President of Marketing for Digitek Software, Inc, where he is responsible for leading the Marketing team. He is also the President and Founder of Ceonex, Inc, a well-known and accomplished Internet consulting firm, specialized in web design, corporate branding and strategic planning. Agranat founded Ceonex in 1998 with a new production facility in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2001, he established the animation and design product brand PixelBrick, which is now known worldwide as the standard for high-end design and animation. He later created Leadix, Inc., an innovative, web-based lead generation, tracking and ROI calculation platform for launching, running and maintaining media campaigns, microsites and landing pages. Clients who have used Leadix include NetworkWorld, ComputerWorld, IDG Global, CXO Media, InfoWorld, Reed Business, Fortune, BusinessWeek and Hearst.
In 2004, Agranat founded Quantemo, the world's first Internet usability laboratory focusing on quantifying emotional connection and mental effort as it relates to a user's interaction with a website. His hands-on leadership is evident in key strategy and branding contributions as well as conversion success stories of major Ceonex projects, including Bayer, Bates, Fidelity National Financial, Hitachi, NetworkWorld, Philips Medical, PhotonEx, LSI Logic and more.
Sonal Shah, Vice President – Overseas Operations
Sonal Shah is the Vice President of Overseas Operations for Digitek Software, Inc, where she is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Overseas Operations, liaising with the US office for their offshore development activities, Financial Accounting and HR activities. She is involved in interacting with the Indian clients to meet their needs in terms of their manpower and project requirements.
Shah holds a Masters Degree in Science & an MBA in HR.
Pankaj Oza, Account Manager
Pankaj Oza is the Account Manager for Digitek Software, Inc, where he is responsible for the sales and marketing functions. He has been a key player in the steady growth of Digitek’s IT services. He has over 10 years of IT experience in Manufacturing and Financial Software Applications that help both clients as well as Digitek to understand the clients’ needs more accurately and also provide the most effective solution to the clients. Oza holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Vivek Kanakia, Account Manager
Vivek Kanakia is Account Manager for Digitek Software, Inc, where he is responsible for marketing company’s services, understanding clients' requirements and formulating a right team of professionals to respond to those needs. He started his career performing graphical reservoir simulation using high-end computing systems for large international oil companies and government organizations. He has worked on a number of complex projects providing system analysis and programming services.
Kanakia holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering.
Deepak Chavan, Offshore - Projects Director
Deepak Chavan is the Project Director (Offshore) for Digitek Software, Inc, and started his career as a Software Engineer with an IT MNC and became a member of the Digitek family just after a couple years of the company's inception. His erstwhile experience with corporates like EDS, HP has given him opportunity to work on project & program management. He has played key leadership and consulting roles for Digitek initiatives.
Recently, he has taken the role of Project Director leading offshore projects from India. He has extensive experience in IT industry, focusing on architecture, design, development, solutions, deployment and presales. At Digitek, his role is to manage the major remote offshore projects for US-based clients and to deliver them with highest quality standards and well in time and budget. He also manages a team of highly-skilled software professionals and interactions with the overseas clients. He has sound experience in BFSI domain, especially HealthCare (Payer & Provider), Insurance (Life and P&C) & Financial Services (Banking, Brokerage & Investments).
Chavan is certified PMP professional and trained on Scrum, Six Sigma and Function Point. He holds a Masters in Information Technology, MCA & MBA.
Bharat Gandhi, Vice President – Finance
Bharat Gandhi is the Vice President (Finance) for Digitek Software, Inc, where responsible for corporate finance, accounting and day-to-day administration. He is a CPA with diversified experience in financial accounting and administration with wide exposure to different industries and international accounting. His expertise in Finance, Accounting, Administration and Legal aspects of the business world is a valuable contribution to the company. Prior to joining Digitek, he worked at Marriott Hotel, NBD Bank and as a Public Accountant.
Gandhi holds a Bachelors degree in Business and CPA degree from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Nina Shah, Branch Manager- Director
Nina Shah is the Branch Manager (Director) for Digitek Software, Inc, where she is responsible for marketing services as well as understanding clients' requirements, assembling and managing a right team of professionals to respond to those needs. She started her career in hospitality business as manager after her graduation. She joined Digitek as branch manager and director four years ago to develop and build Digitek's government and private sector business in India. Since then she has been very instrumental in creating a successful market for Digitek in both of these sectors, using her high-end business analysis and marketing skills. She has also worked on a number of complex projects providing system requirement, analysis and designing services.
Shah holds a Masters in Computer Applications and a MBA degree in Finance.
