ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd. (ICICIHFCL) is a group company of ICICI Ltd. ICICI Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers through a variety of delivery channels and through its specialized subsidiaries. ICICI HFCL is specialized in the matters pertaining to housing and infrastructure finance.

ICICI has appointed Direct Marketing Agents to facilitate broader market penetration. The evaluation of credit, legal, technical risk is executed at local offices, but disbursement of loan is handled from regional offices. ICICI has code of conduct, which ensures correctness of norms, and procedures, which are followed by each sanction authority. Each activity of sanction and disbursement has to pass through defined norms before actual disbursement takes place.

The application developed by Digitek helps to reduce inconsistencies in the processes followed by DMAs. Application keeps track of all non-adherences of policies by the DMAs.

The presentation layer communicates with a separate business layer, which encapsulates all the business logic of the application. The business logic layer in turn communicates with the database layer for storage and retrieval of persistent data.

The observations, misconducts, deviations are recorded in the system. Such inspection is conducted on weekly basis. The deviation reports are sent to defaulting entities. Also, suitable corrective actions are recommended. System also generates various MIS reports for analytical purpose. These reports help authorities not only to highlight critical areas to monitor but also to identify the areas of improvement to achieve correctness and completeness of norms and procedures.
